Bordeaux

Bordeaux is fully available for the upcoming season. We have bought back the part of Paul Schockemöhle and with that Bordeaux is entirely our property and fully available for Dutch breeding. We are very happy with that.

In 2019, five Bordeaux sons were shown at the KWPN Stallion selections in Den Bosch.  All five were selected for the KWPN Performance test:

1.       Champion Le Formidable (dam sire Ferro) bred and owned by Saskia Poels and Karel Gerrits.

2.       L’avenue (dam sire Connaisseur) bred by van Uytert and Albert Drost with the famous mare Haute Couture

3.       Livius- Utopia (dam sire Vivaldi) bred out of the ZZ- line mare Blueberry- Utopia by van Uytert and Randolph van de Heuvel

4.       Legend (dam sire Florencio) out of the famous Landsvrouw line bred by Marianne Hendriksen.

5.       The fifth son, which has Sir Donnerhall as the dam sire, was imported by VDL from Oldenburg.
